Seeking a Restoration Project Manager with strong Fire, Water and Mold Restoration Project experience.Responsibilities:Maintain preparedness for dispatch in accordance with company policyo Ensure readiness of personal items and go bag for rapid deploymento Ensure vehicles, equipment, and supplies are properly stocked, fueled, and maintained for immediate deploymentAssist management in inspecting potential losses and developing a scope of serviceAssist in managing staff of restoration supervisors, equipment, and resourcesProject Specific may also be in addition to and include Restoration Supervisor and/or Assistant Project Manager responsibilities depending on specific project size and scope.May lead projects with a staff of multiple Restoration Supervisors, support staff, and General Labor staff.Project Dispatch Book and document travel arrangements in accordance with company policy Communicate travel progress and ETA with management and customer representatives Manage project mobilization processDaily Organization and Preparation Review daily production assignments with staff Review goals, progress, and requirements with on-site customer representative(s) Prepare for morning meeting with APM and/or staff including written assignments, instructions and goals Communicate daily assignments, goals, documentation, and expectations with staff including jobsite walkthrough with APM and/or Restoration Supervisors Supervise daily morning lineupJobsite Management Supervise jobsite staff Ensure strict adherence to company appearance and uniform standards Maintain open line of communication with SPM, and/or PD Ensure adherence to company and industry standards for production and safety by on-site personnel Document work processes through photographs and detailed job journal notesReport Project Progress Report progress to management and customers representative Report any deficiencies, accidents, or injuries to management Document project progress in project tracking softwareManage Daily Wrap-Up Ensure adherence to SOP for end-of-shift procedures Review daily staff paperwork for completeness and accuracy Submit daily reports in a neat, orderly, and timely mannerManage Project Wrap-Up Manage proper demobilization of vehicles, tools, and equipment Review and verify equipment and supply inventories with staff Complete all final project paperwork and documentation including uploading into project management software Verify proper preparedness of equipment, tools, and supplies for redeployment This is a heavy travel position, > 50%. 24/7/365 availability Must possess an extreme sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and integrity Able to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and pre-employment drug screening*Requirements**1. 3 or more years of Disaster Restoration Project Management experience.**2. 1 or more years of Writing and Directing Restoration Project experience.**3.
