Responsible for the oversight of the Health Program Outreach Services for Disease Management and Case Management call center operations.How you will make an impact:
      • Achieves maximum productivity and operational efficiency through management and utilization of team and resources.
      • Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding programs, procedures, and changes.
      • Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports.
      • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.Minimum Requirements:
        • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role in addition to 3 years Health Outreach Service/Call Center experience along with outbound dialer experience in a call center environment, experience in disease management, case management or health related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
          • Experience directing multi-functional teams; account management or customer service experience highly preferred.
          • Client, account, or vendor management experience strongly preferred.For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $80,800 to $116,352Locations: Colorado; Nevada, Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithica, NY and Westchester County, NYIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
