CVS Health is leading the industry in transforming healthcare. We are looking for a strong Corporate Communications Manager to join our team.
This fully remote role will report to the Executive Director, Enterprise Reputation Management and be responsible for the planning, execution, reporting and management of efforts focused on the integration and efficiency of communications across the enterprise and driving consistency in evolving the company's reputation.
The successful candidate will be an out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning and being self-motivated and ambitious, in a high-demand, performance-driven environment.
An essential team member in driving change and partnering with various business leaders and groups to achieve successful results.
Responsibilities for the role:--- Owns the management and oversight of communications processes and the execution of functional tools/information for Enterprise Communications--- Serve as a subject matter expert for Communications Strategy & Enterprise Solutions team for a variety of ad-hoc projects and initiatives--- Coordinates with business leaders to assess, mitigate and resolve risks, issues that may impede progress or results. Administers change management alignment activities as needed.--- Facilitates steering team and reputation management activities with minimal supervision and in line with management activity and deadlines--- Be a strategic thinker that brings tactical change with the willingness to encourage trust and collaboration among sponsors, stakeholders and colleagues--- Operates with keen communication discipline, being mindful of audiences and artifacts to convey the most efficient messaging--- Manage multiple competing priorities and deliver on tight timelines, while ensuring all engaged teams are also delivering anticipated results--- Interprets, communicates and cascade critical project information to team members to maintain alignment with the broader enterprise--- Administer project activities, including convening meetings, developing agendas and material, and reports
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications--- 5+ years of professional experience as a key contributor or manager of projects with proven track record of change and success working across multiple business areas--- Strong understanding of administration, financial, and communications disciplines that when enhanced achieve operational efficiencies
Preferred Qualifications--- Experience driving sizeable change through high-value projects and using company culture to improve its performance/results--- Comfort in developing presentations for project teams and stakeholders--- Excellent social, written, and verbal skills--- Proven high levels of initiative, innovation, and collaboration; effectively works across culturally diverse teams--- Demonstrated ability to navigate through ambiguity and approach risks and issues through problem-solving--- Positive attitude and demonstrated flexibility in re-prioritizing and executing program milestones--- Highly proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and other collaboration tools
Education--- Bachelor's degree required. (Ideally in business, finance, or related field)
