Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading provider of payment
solutions for businesses of all sizes. Within GCS, the US Small &
Medium Enterprise (SME) segment is a key area of strategic focus
and investment. The Digital Commerce team accelerates growth for US
SME by developing best-in-class, integrated digital experiences
from the first touchpoint in the acquisition journey through
onboarding.The Manager / Sr. Manager will play a pivotal role in
the success of the digital commerce channels, creating a seamless
digital journey from our website though to our digital application
and onboarding processes. S/he will need to have a proven track
record of building relationships across the organization and
driving results through influencing others, as well as the ability
to bring a broad-reaching, strategic mindset to the role.
- Launch new functionality and experiences across our proprietary
digital application & onboarding journeys.
- Increase engagement through digital capabilities, application
starts, application completion and approval.
- Partner closely with the digital product owner team to ensure
project prioritization and implementation timelines meet the
requirements driven by marketing or product.
- Build close relationships with Risk New Account, Enterprise
Digital & Analytics, and Global Servicing Group teams to deliver a
best-in-class application experience from the start of an
application journey to approval.
- Innovate and expand the foundational test & learn and research
program.
- Represent the business outcomes required by marketing to be
solutioned and built by EDA Digital Product team.Minimum
Qualifications
- Strategic marketer with a demonstrated experience in marketing
or product development.
- Excellent prioritization, project management, and influencing
skills to bring together stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Passion for creating best-in-class experiences for
prospects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including a
demonstrated ability to pivot quickly and confidently if
necessary.
- Collaborative approach to solving business problems.
- Strategic thought leadership, a strong understanding and
natural curiosity on how the use of data and marketing levers can
drive marketing efficiency and acquisition.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
- An external perspective and understanding of competitive
space.
