identifying key people to bring about change and develops a network
of contacts and targets specific people to achieve project goals
and objectives. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manages strategic projects for AIM, collaborating & ensuring
alignment with the broader enterprise
- Influences at all levels within the organization, often setting
strategy and direction
- Coaches and mentors project team members
- Mentors other project managers around project management
methodology
- Determines project scope
- Develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management
plans
- Develops training plans
- Translates complex, technical information into
presentation-friendly formats for executive audiences
- Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and
post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for
vendor partners
- Develops requirements documents
- Develops project approval matrix
- Identifies project team training and tool needs
- Defines quality gates for each project methodology phase
- Defines critical success factorsRequired Experiences:BA/BS in a
related field; minimum of 9 years professional project management
experience, which at least 7 years are spent leading and directing
large scale initiatives; or any combination of education and
experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred
Experiences:
- Experience working with a combination (or variety) of
traditional and agile delivery methods
- Exposure to product development activities and demonstrated
work with process standardization and implementationsFor candidates
working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary*
range for this specific position is $112,720 to $202,896.Locations:
Colorado; Nevada, Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithica, NY
and Westchester County, NYIn addition to your salary, Elevance

requirements). The salary offered for this specific position is
