Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
    • Manages strategic projects for AIM, collaborating & ensuring alignment with the broader enterprise
    • Influences at all levels within the organization, often setting strategy and direction
    • Coaches and mentors project team members
    • Mentors other project managers around project management methodology
    • Determines project scope
    • Develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans
    • Develops training plans
    • Translates complex, technical information into presentation-friendly formats for executive audiences
    • Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners
    • Develops requirements documents
    • Develops project approval matrix
    • Identifies project team training and tool needs
    • Defines quality gates for each project methodology phase
    • Defines critical success factorsRequired Experiences:BA/BS in a related field; minimum of 9 years professional project management experience, which at least 7 years are spent leading and directing large scale initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Experiences:
      • Experience working with a combination (or variety) of traditional and agile delivery methods
      • Exposure to product development activities and demonstrated work with process standardization and implementationsFor candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $112,720 to $202,896.Locations: Colorado; Nevada, Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithica, NY and Westchester County, NYIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
