it.Compensation OverviewThe annual base salary range provided for
this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad
range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual
salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors,
including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the
skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the
candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our
comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also
eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Salary
Range$101,100.00 - $166,800.00Target Openings1What Is the
Opportunity?The Director, Strategic Initiatives leads planning
functions with accountability to drive effective and updated plans
and solutioning designing Cybersecurity and Resiliency projects and
initiatives enabling successful achievement of the teams'
directions and roadmaps. This role will be responsible vetting
various strategic initiatives against strategic criteria and cost,
benefit analysis, and will play an integral role in multi-year plan
refresh and annual plan development with business area

- Build and maintain strong relationship within business
leadership team
- Partners with other organizations, inclusive of other Strategic
Planning & Program organizations (SP&P), to ensure alignment on
purpose, progress, and resource requirements needed to achieve
business objectives.
- Partners closely with Cybersecurity and Business Resiliency
leadership to drive the alignment to strategy/planning for
execution of strategic priorities including multi-year planning,
resource planning, initiative prioritization and strategic roadmap
development.
- Partners closely with Portfolio lead to drive effective
management and support execution of ongoing investment portfolio,
close gaps between strategy development, solution development and
execution and ensure strategy and budget alignment across.
- Lead or support the design of strategic planning infrastructure
and ensure clear processes, documentation and operating model to
drive effective direction and ensure alignment of organization to
overall goals and vision.
- Establish and implement departmental reporting framework
including reporting packages and regular analysis & report out of
results, ensuring stakeholders are informed and support leadership
in making key decisions.
- Provides strong strategic leadership, direction , and design
focus to Strategy, Planning and Portfolio team, leading with a
diverse and inclusive mindset and proactively engaging team members
so they reach their full potential.

Have?
- 5 years of strategic planning and project management
experience.
- Strong strategic acumen and facilitation skill. Experience in
developing trusted partnerships with senior executives and
constituent partners.
- Strong understanding of insurance industry and market
dynamics.
- Solid understanding of technology, cybersecurity, business
continuity, and risk management fundamentals.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Experience working with project-management methodologies and
Agile principles.
- Experience with process mapping and engineering.
- Ability to lead and inspire team members to achieve optimal
results in a highly collaborative and matrixed organization.
- Systemic thinker with strategic planning expertise, readily
sees patterns and connections in a complicated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to put strategic plans into action.
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skillset.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects
simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding and appreciation for business, business
intelligence/analytics, and technology components of
program/portfolio management.What is a Must Have?
- Bachelors degree.
