The Wellness Director works in partnership with Account Teams
(Sales Executives, Client Executives and Account Managers) to
consult with prospective and existing customers to provide their
employees with the best possible wellness program solutions. More
specifically, they are responsible for the following:--- Provide
strategic consultation to assigned book of business in the New
England market. o Gather and analyze population-specific data from
various sources for strategic consultation to assigned book of
customers.o Provide ongoing support for high priority customers for
status check on progress towards program goals, program roll out
and to support customer needs. o Inform customer of new and current
relevant information; new products, product updates, trending
employer best practices.o Design and implement incentive programs
that encourage engagement and retentiono Collaborate with both
Aetna product teams and external preferred vendors to coordinate
delivery of recommended programs --- Collaborate with various
stakeholders o Account teams to consult and service relationships
with assigned plan sponsors and brokers.o National network of
wellness consultants for projects and Identify opportunities to
enhance consulting support provided to plan sponsors.o Internal
product teams to advocate as the voice of the customer/member
during product/program development, .o --- Be an Aetna wellness
program subject matter expert for the Sales and Service Teams on
the best use of Aetna's current wellness offerings. --- Assists in
delivering internal and external training focused on wellness
programs by preparing and presenting materials related to
population health management. --- Helps to establish metrics to
evaluate and measure the effectiveness of wellness programs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.Technical criteria:---
Expertise in corporate wellness program best practices--- Ability
to analyze population health data to make strategic
recommendations--- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.--- Must be comfortable with facilitating presentations both
virtually and in-person--- Experience with Microsoft Office
products (PowerPoint and Excel are most important)--- Ability to
travel to client sites (when necessary).
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for
all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of
factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of disease processes, illness prevention, and wellness
promotion required.-3 years or more of wellness program management
experience..-Experience with Microsoft office products, i.e., Word,
Excel, PowerPoint.-Excellent written and verbal communication and
-Experience in Sales and/or Presenting to larger groups
Preferred Qualifications
2 or more years' Sales or Account management experience. Project
Management expertiseExperience in the Well-Being FieldPresentation
Experience Presentation Software Skills
Education
Undergraduate degree in a closely-related field or an equivalent
combination of formal education and recent, related experience.MUST
OBTAIN CERTIFIED WELLNESS PROGRAM MANAGER (CWPM) CERTIFICATION
WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF HIRE.
