Job Description:

KNF&T Staffing is expanding our team in the CT and western MA region. If you are a self-motivated sales professional with demonstrated ability to build and foster customer relationships, this Business Development Manager role may be an ideal way to leverage your experience and advance your career with a staffing firm that recognizes hard work and prides itself on its award-winning teams! Business Development Manager responsibilities include:

Research & prospect new and existing clients and heavy lead generation with consistent follow up to generate sales
Setting up discovery calls to analyze client needs and make staffing recommendations
Building personal network by creatively identifying and connecting with leads using all tools available (LinkedIn, company websites, prior relationships, existing clients, etc.)
Getting involved in the community to make connections and foster relationships
Create and execute strategies to develop new business

Requirements:
- 1-3 years prior business development experience
- Prior experience selling HR or Payroll Services directly to businesses would be helpful
- Related background in HR consulting or recruiting desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization
- Ability to set and lead sales appointments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
