As the Manager of Program Management - ServiceNow, you are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering programs that support our enterprise HR team with the delivery of digital services within our operating model. You will also:

- Effectively and professionally develop and execute a program that enables our HR team to use ServiceNow technology effectively to achieve an excellent colleague experience, including program delivery to our internal colleagues, stakeholders, and external third-party teams
- Liaise with service delivery and third-party team(s) to understand program requirements to establish strategy and approach for the program
- Be accountable for the delivery of the program. Such as training plans and presentations
- Support ServiceNow product upgrades to ensure documentation is up-to-date and a training and readiness plan is designed and executed
- Take the lead to develop and monitor success measures, leveraging the service deliver team and others as appropriate, to evaluate the health of the program delivery
- Liaise with technology team to share customer needs and support issue resolution
- Collaborate with communications, change management, and COE teams to support product changes and overall operational readiness
- Support testing and system validation by establishing user journeys, test scripts, UEV testing, etc.
- Assist with operational delivery as needed: e.g., VA training, knowledge and information reviews and updates, etc.
- Independently lead problem solving activities within the program scope assessing risks and actions to accomplish program objectives
- Perform other job-related duties as assignedPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications
--- 5 or more years of experience designing, developing, and delivering programs that enable HR teams to effectively use HR systems, preferably ServiceNow
--- 3 years of exceptional project management skills
--- Required experience working in HR systems, preferably ServiceNow and WorkdayPreferred Qualifications
--- Strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members
--- Strong organization and communication skills including presentation skills
--- Experience creating and delivering training and change management materials
--- Ability to work independently using sound judgement/reasoning skills to achieve exceptional resultsEducation
Bachelor's degree in education, management, business administration or related field; equivalent experience work experience may substituteBusiness Overview
