Management Systems & Training Lead
The Regional EHS Management Systems and Training Lead will deliver
robust management system processes addressing legal and corporate
requirements. The role will also manage courseware development and
training program processes for the Region 1 Global Workplace
Solutions (GWS) and EHS teams. Region 1 includes Pfizer's Worldwide
Research & Development sites in Groton, CT and Cambridge & Andover,
MA. The role serves as a main internal conduit to the Cority,
Enablon & Pfizer Learning Academy BT teams, and GWS, Colleague
Wellness and scientific business lines regarding management systems
and training.
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
Primary responsibilities are the administration, management, and
continuous improvement of the Region 1 EHS Management Systems and
GWS / EHS training programs including:
+ Serve as the primary PoC for Cority and Enablon applications
supporting incident investigation, inspection and audit
processes.
+ Complete Cority incident quality review / close out of general
incidents as well as review /facilitate closure of corrective
action items as assigned.
+ Maintain and enhance management system aspects including EHS MS
manual, legal register, audit scheduling and similar
documentation
+ Support and promote regional and corporate EHS policy and
standards through innovative management system solutions utilizing
Cority, Enablon, and GDMS
+ Monitor key measures and report performance metrics to EHS Lead,
GWS and site leadership
+ Collaborate with Colleague Wellness on verification actions to
ensure robust management systems
+ Serve as the primary GWS / EHS PoC within Pfizer computer-based
learning systems
+ Work with GWS and EHS SMEs to develop and maintain training
programs designed to achieve business needs and/or regulatory
requirements
+ Design, implement and manage program processes across GWS
business units related to EHS and GWS training
+ Lead regional efforts necessary to meet corporate training
platform changes / enhancements as required
+ Coordinate training assignments and program updates with
Corporate EHS, business line and GWS contracted resources
+ Provide SME support for creation of inspections within Enablon
and delivery of performance metrics from the Enablon system
+ Serve as the primary PoC for the Region 1 controlled document
processes within the Global Document Management System (GDMS)
including the processes ensuring document owners are notified for
pending periodic reviews
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, management systems,
training or related field; or
+ 7+ years' experiencedeveloping and implementing management
systems and training programs.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experienced with Cority, Enablon, and GDMS applications and EHS
Management Systems
+ Knowledgeable of EHS, occupational health, and GxP regulations
and standards
+ Experienced with computer-based training platforms and course
development
