**Vaccine Data Strategy & Innovation Leader, Director**
The leader is responsible for ensuring Human Health has an
industry-leading strategy and approach to sourcing & creating
commercial data assets to inform business critical decisions and
actions. Overall, the leader is responsible for creating, owning &
implementing the data asset strategy & innovation agenda for US and
Global Vaccine Business Units.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Actively maintains a current understanding of HH commercial
markets data landscape, including all 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data
assets, spanning HCP, consumer, payer, patient, account, etc.
Maintains a firm understating of the value associated with each
data asset.
+ Continually scans the external environment for new valuable data
assets
+ Conducts data needs assessments using input from key business and
analytics stakeholders, identifies gaps in current data strategy
versus ideal state & prioritizes identified gaps
+ Builds and executes plans to fill prioritized gaps, including
acquisition of new assets from external sources, or identifying
partners to create needed assets, or enacting internal initiatives
for gathering new 1st party assets.
+ Leads team of analysts in conducing data innovation analytics
including data quality assessments, fit-for-purpose analyses, and
proof-of-concept use case tests.
+ Works in close collaboration with the analytics, master data
management and IT teams to ensure appropriate implementation and
value realization.
+ Responsible for forming and maintaining productive working
partnerships with key data providers.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven ability to build a data asset strategy and lead its
execution.
+ Strong business acumen with a keen ability to understand how data
(HCP, consumer, payer, patient, account, etc.) can be leveraged to
inform critical commercial decisions
+ Proven skills required to analyze, assess and value commercial
data assets
+ Deep business acumen necessary to understand business stakeholder
(marketing, sales, account management, operations, etc..) needs
+ Knowledge of how data assets are used to inform digital
engagement strategy and execution
+ Proven ability to effectively collaborate with a broad range of
internal and external stakeholders
+ Intellectual curiosity and ability to identify innovative
approaches to addressing data needs
+ Excellent presentation, analytics and communication skills, both
written and oral, are required to synthesize key issues and
communicate/persuade constituencies towards specific actions and
initiatives
**Experience & Education**
**Required:**
+ BA / BS in Quantitative Business Analytics, Quantitative
Sciences, Engineering or Operations Research
+ Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial analytics space
leveraging data to inform critical business choices
+ Experience leading analytic teams
**Preferred:**
+ Experience working with vaccine data assets and engagement with
Vaccine commercial business and analytic units.
+ MS / PhD in Quantitative Business Analytics, Quantitative
Sciences, Engineering or Operations Research

determinations with respect to salary will take into account a

Expected salary range:
$159,200.00 - $250,700.00
