The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center
Team:
Global Employee Recognition Program is a critical part of the Total
Rewards Operations team. The person in this role will manage the
global recognition program. This person will be responsible and
accountable to partner with stakeholders, maintain the global
program, perform ongoing audits and vendor management. This role is
to manage and coordinate all aspects of the global program for the
company.
Position Description
Manage global employee recognition program in partnership with
vendor and business leaders
Work alongside businesses to identify and gain consensus on program
and outcomes.
Oversight of operational teams to ensure day to day activities are
being performed per program
Troubleshoot /research when issues come up and coordinate with the
appropriate team(s) for timely resolution
Manage and perform ongoing audits and findings to ensure program
compliance
Collaborate with cross functional partners and teams to ensure a
successful global program
Define and report success measures to ensure program objectives are
met
Maintain workflows and manage ongoing changes and enhancements to
the program
Conduct and coordinate monthly operational and quarterly vendor
reviews
Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years
prior relevant experience or an Advance Degree in a related field
and minimum 7 years' experience
Deep knowledge of business operations and project management
Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams with
the ability to influence and deliver results
Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve complex
problems
Experience with vendor management
Experience with project management
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or
in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
Preferred Qualification
Workday and payroll knowledge
Process oriented with an operational mindset (HR, Finance and
Operations knowledge is a plus)
Experience working in high paced environments
The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 236,000 USD;
however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when
extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may
be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical,
dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term
disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work

parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are
dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not
the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired

incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the
position and whether or not it is covered by a
collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual
programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of
factors including, but not limited to, individual performance,
business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
