Job DescriptionProvide effective leadership and direction to ensure high quality, strategic proposal responses that help drive profitable sales/growth/retention for all products supported. This includes:* Manage a team of high functioning individuals.* Coaching the team toward strategically oriented, consultative responses with attention to detail and a very strong understanding of the business.* Managing and regularly reviewing all new and current content to ensure the database is operating according to established database governance standards.* Foster a culture of retaining and developing high-performing talent on the team by: * Engaging with team members to help them with their training and development, and to provide an open forum to share feedback.* Sharing timely, positive recognition and/or constructive feedback, and quickly identifying and raising performance issues to team director.* Inspiring teamwork and adaptability through leading by example.* Drives for results by holding self and others accountable for achieving best outcomes.Identify and develop diverse talent to maximize performance and achieve individual and organizational goals.Responsible for maintaining business and technical knowledge with respect to products, programs, services, processes and systems.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
