Job DescriptionCross organization collaboration to ensure seamless customer implementation, support, and clinical delivery of programs.Acts as the Single Point of Contact for all clinical programs (C&HS, vendor, and Medicare ops) for implementation, support, and escalationConsults with Medicare Account and Clinical teams to develop clinical strategy and implementation planSupports customer meetings to deliver clinical operations story and resultsWorks closely with Finance, Leadership, Learning & Performance, and Talent and Acquisition to establishes staffing plan and rapid execution to meet program delivery Collaborates with Medicare Service Organization to load eligibility files, referrals, and claim payment methodology for customized plansFacilitates the transfer/incoming files and documentation of Transition of Care (TOC)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
