Job Description:
Job DescriptionCross organization collaboration to ensure
seamless customer implementation, support, and clinical delivery of
programs.Acts as the Single Point of Contact for all clinical
programs (C&HS, vendor, and Medicare ops) for implementation,
support, and escalationConsults with Medicare Account and Clinical
teams to develop clinical strategy and implementation planSupports
customer meetings to deliver clinical operations story and
resultsWorks closely with Finance, Leadership, Learning &
Performance, and Talent and Acquisition to establishes staffing
plan and rapid execution to meet program delivery Collaborates with
Medicare Service Organization to load eligibility files, referrals,
and claim payment methodology for customized plansFacilitates the
transfer/incoming files and documentation of Transition of Care
(TOC)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum:
100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range
represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within
which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into
account a wide range of factors, including location.Required
QualificationsAbility to set direction of the strategic business
plan and communicate clearly into vision for all constituentsHighly
collaborative and able to manage relationships across multiple
business and / or functional units at multiple levels of
leadershipExcellent written and oral communication with
demonstrated presentation skills that are tailored to the
audienceInfluences key business leaders to support
projects/programs to ensure positive actions that deliver results
for the enterprise, the group, and the memberChange agent that
looks for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of
programs, policies, processes, or interactionsProven track record
managing large complex projectsDemonstrated negotiation

insurance industry experience. 1Multiple years proven leadership
experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that
resulted inquantifiable positive outcomes.Proven track record
managing complex projects and or programs that resulted in cost
savings.Experience managing large budgets.Project management
experience.Supervisory experience.Demonstrated negotiation
skills.EducationBachelors degree or equivalent experience.Business
