Job DescriptionSenior Manager, Project Program Management for
Provider Engagement Develop, drive, and lead a provider strategy
around UM Transformation, precertification, and adoption of digital
tools. You will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and
implementing outreach activities across various channels to support
the provider precertification experience. Responsible for the
creation and delivery of provider education with a focus and goal
to increase adoption of new innovative engagement tools. Establish
reporting and metrics to support provider insights and Inform
strategy; Analyze trends and marketing intelligence. Work across
enterprise to incorporate company/brand strategy for provider
experience (while developing one unique to UM) and become a conduit
of direct provider feedback and trends to the innovation and
execution teams. Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related
to UM Transformation initiatives to improve the provider
experience. Collaboratively work across multiple functions and /or
segments to help deliver on business plans and objectives - with a
keen focus on optimizing what is working and thinking big and broad
about new ways to engage with our provider partners. Responsible
for development and implementation of new ideas that support
work/team. Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation.
Lead all project and/or program management work including
monitoring and tracking of progress and status update
communications. Responsible for resource utilization within and
across work teams. Responsible for the financial implications of
projects and/or program budgets. Assists others to identify
solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project
plan.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum:
75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range
represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within
which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into
account a wide range of factors, including location.Required
QualificationsBS/BA or equivalent experience and 8-10 years of
experience related to standards & measurements, technology, systems
and processes, including project consultation preferred.Ability to
communicate effectively with all levels of management. Proven
ability to satisfy customers needs and develop alternatives to
