Forecasting volumes and creating schedules for customer queues
Managing onboarding and offboarding of agents from tools and
Monitoring attendance, PTO, and adherence to service level
Strong mathematical and data analysis skills, including proficiency
Experience in creating schedules and forecasts for workforce
Attention to detail and ability to handle messy data
Minimum 15Mbps internet connection, i5 processor, 12GB RAM, and
quiet working environment
