Rushford Center, one of Connecticut's leading providers of
addiction and mental health services, is nationally recognized for
delivering outstanding prevention, treatment and recovery programs.
We offer a wide range of programs including Acute Care and
Evaluation, Residential Addiction Treatment, Individual, Group &
Family Therapy, Intensive Outpatient programs and Community Support

drugs can take. That's why the Hartford HealthCare Behavioral
Health Network and Rushford will be opening The Ridge Recovery
Center, a first of its kind facility in Windham, CT. Located on 55
secluded acres off Route 32, The Ridge will combine evidence-based
treatment with wellness activities and amenities in a private,
professional setting that includes private rooms, larger gathering
areas, private meeting rooms, a comfortable dining room, fitness
gym, and office space. The site also includes peaceful outdoor
spaces and walking trails ideal for those in recovery who want to
exercise, do yoga or go bird watching, just to name a few
activities. Job Summary Manages program supervisors/coordinators to
ensure that a high quality service is delivered to Rushford's
clients and is consistent with each program's specific goals and
objectives. Responsible for overall operation of programs of
oversight and is accountable for the delivery of efficient, quality

- Analyzes Program needs and develops recommended meaningful
goals and objectives that align with the organization's strategic
goals. Prioritizes, eliminates impediments, and resolves problems
to ensure care, treatment and services are fluid, evidence based
and client centered. Establishes performance measures/expectations,
identifies and recommends improvement opportunities.
- Direct supervision of program coordinators.
- Manages program's established financial and staffing budgets.
Uses resources to achieve the goals and objectives of the
departments within established budgets by determining future needs,
monitoring actual progress, and allocating resources to meet a
- Oversees positive customer service relationships by identifying
customers and their needs, educating costumers' needs are met,
responding appropriately to difficult interactions, and educating
staff members on quality customer service.
- Participates in all program/system meetings on an ongoing basis
as appropriate. Collaborates with community leaders and leadership
- Ensures programs of oversight meet standards set by governing
bodies, including Dept of Mental Health & Addiction Services
(DMHAS), Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB), Dept Children &
Families (DCF), Dept Public Health (DPH), and Joint
- Provides feedback to director in regards to grant applications,
as appropriate. Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Related
- Requires current CT licensure as one of the following: PhD,
PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Minimum of 4 years' supervisory/administrative experience in
clinical work in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or related
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment. Proficient in
Microsoft programs. Excellent interpersonal and written
