I am helping a top medical device related company find a new GM for their custom operations.

What they are looking for in a candidate:
- Experience leading a small team, 20+
- Assembly or maybe chemical product experience with mechanical aptitude
- Lean toolkit experience would be nice (5S, Standard Work, etc)
- Budget development & management preferred
- Turn around or launch experience
- Autonomous and self managed: this is the top person on site
- BS req'd. BSIE / BSME. MBA would be nice
