lead the Regional Client Specialist team, comprised of our small to
mid-market employer customers, developing and executing business
segment and service strategies. They will deliver results against
defined growth and objectives aligned to the client block, to
achieve client satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth.
Profile Description:
- Lead the Regional Client Specialist team to deliver overall
results for assigned business segment.
- Works with Client Engagement Leaders to address any staffing or
client initiatives.
- Develops and plans future strategies for initiatives and
business processes.
- Drive a strong culture of performance and consistent client
centric engagement process and improvement across client engagement
team.
- Partner with marketing, sales enablement, and sales training
leaders to drive development of effective tools.
- Partner with operations leadership team on continued
development and implementation of end-to-end service model
enhancements
- Ensure service interactions consistently focus on delivery of a
service model that aligns to the needs of the HR teams we
serve.
- Support issue resolution in a collaborative productive
fashion
- Involved in strategic business process initiatives including
regular efficiency and customer experience improvements.
- Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Experience:
- BA Degree in related discipline or equivalent
- Health Solutions industry, business and client management
experience with minimum of 5 years in management capacity
- You have a proven track record of inspiring others to deliver
results and impact, first starting with listening.
- Prior experience in industry business and operations
- Excellent communication and influence skills
- In depth knowledge of company's products and services#LI-NV1
- You have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to engage
cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization; exemplify
culture carrier.
- Proven leadership and management skills
- You utilize a data-driven approach for decision making, both in
day-to-day leadership and strategic tradeoff analyses.
- Understanding of administration business and comprehensive
knowledge of company products and servicesCompensation Pay
Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable,
which means comparable pay for comparable roles and
responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the
expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s)
listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive
opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives,
and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the
achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this
salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work
within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya
Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual
compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based
upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience,
education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be
finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will
be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be
