A company is looking for a Customer Care Manager II.



Key Responsibilities:

Act as single point of contact for implementation lifecycle management on assigned customer accounts
Partner with sales and service delivery teams to implement sold solutions
Proactively manage customer service needs to ensure high satisfaction levels


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of related experience
Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a high-paced environment
Experience using computer systems and Windows-based applications
Understanding of technical products and services preferred
1-3 years of telecommunications/technology experience preferred
