Marlborough Health & Rehabilitation Center, a recently renovated,
skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility with
outstanding customer service and a great fully-staffed team in a
neighborhood setting, is seeking a hands-on, supportive, and
seasoned Director of Nursing (DNS) to partner up with a strong ADNS
and NHA. -
The successful candidate will possess very strong clinical skills,
with the ability to foster a positive culture and raise the bar
from a clinical perspective. - Experience implementing new clinical
programs is preferred. -
What You'll Do:
As the Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic leadership
to the nursing team, setting goals and objectives aligned with our
mission. You will foster excellence and innovation in nursing care.
Your leadership will shape the culture of our facility and drive
the advancement of healthcare practice.
The Director of Nursing Services has 24-hour accountability and is
responsible for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective
health care at the center, while achieving positive clinical
outcomes, and patient/resident and employee satisfaction.
