We are in rapid growth mode (currently a team of 100+ and looking to increase by 50% by end of year)! adMarketplace is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will work on B2B Enterprise applications and will lead a complete upgrade of our current platform. This is a role with tremendous opportunity for growth.What You'll Do:

• Own the full lifecycle of product development from ideation to user adoption including product requirements, use cases and user stories.
• Work with clients design partners to build MVPs in the ad search space.
• Work directly with executives to align business strategy with product roadmap.
• We are hiring for two distinct roles. One of which will work closely with UX/UI designers, the other will work closely with ML engineers and data science.
• This is a hands-on role with high executive visibility: you will be participating in team sprints and join executive meetings on company strategy and investments.Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on product management experience.
  • Understanding of marketplace dynamics.
  • Leadership experience - we are looking for people who can drive projects and initiatives forward.
  • Bringing clarity to the table. We've learned that clarity is a key success metric for product work. You should be comfortable taking ambiguous projects and transforming them into clear, actionable steps.
  • Think both big picture and deep-dive into the details when necessary.
  • Adtech or Fintech experience is a plus.
