& Supply ChainHydrow is seeking an experienced, hands-on, and
strategically minded leader to oversee our global Operations and
Supply Chain functions. This newly created position combines
leadership of our logistics and fulfillment teams with our
international supply chain and manufacturing operations. Reporting
to the Chief Production Officer, the Director/VP will be
responsible for managing domestic and international third-party
logistics, vendor relationships, inventory planning, international
freight, production forecasting, and process optimization across
all supply chain touchpoints.This leader will collaborate closely
with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Retail,
Quality, Field Service, Member Service) and external partners
(contract manufacturers, forwarders, warehouses, retailers,
transportation providers) to ensure efficient fulfillment and
delivery of Hydrow products and accessories across North America
and abroad.Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations
- Lead end-to-end international supply chain management,
including forecasting, PO issuance, production planning, consigned
parts oversight, and international freight and customs.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers (primarily in Asia) to
align production schedules with sales forecasts and inventory
needs.
- Partner with the Chief Product Officer and Quality teams to
resolve manufacturing challenges and optimize schedules.
- Maintain accuracy of invoices and track goods-in-transit and
inventory levels using NetSuite and related tools.Logistics &
Distribution
- Oversee North American delivery operations and third-party
logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient, on-time fulfillment
of Hydrow products.
- Expand and enhance delivery capabilities, including freight,
small-package, large-parcel, and VIP operations.
- Manage fulfillment and freight logistics for D2C, B2B, and
retail partners, including scheduling, fulfillment accuracy, cost
control, issue resolution, chargeback mitigation, and returns.
- Manage fulfillment and freight logistics for D2C, B2B, and

returns.Freight & Customs
- Manage international freight forwarding partnerships; evaluate
and select freight providers through formal RFQ processes.
- Lead customs compliance initiatives including classification,
duty drawback and reconciliation programs (especially for
Canada).
- Work with overseas vendors on shipping, invoicing, customs, and
packaging requirements.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic
Planning
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to support
forecasting, demand planning, and financial reporting.
- Provide monthly inventory and production reconciliation and
analyses for the accounting and finance team.
- Partner with member service and field service teams on issue
resolution and order escalation.Team Leadership & Process
Improvement
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and
scalable processes to support Hydrow's growth.
- Supervise current staff and grow the team as the business
expands.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve cost efficiency,
delivery velocity, and customer experience.
- Support ad hoc projects, including international
warehouse/distribution initiatives.Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a
related field.
- 10+ years of operations and international supply chain
experience, ideally with Asian manufacturing partners.
- Proven track record in logistics, vendor management, and
freight operations.
- Experience in ocean and air freight scheduling and customs
management.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical
skills.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets;
experience with DOMO a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and cross-functional
collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%) and
participate in off-hour meetings with global partners.Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- High end merchandise large-parcel white glove delivery with
assembly and system integration experience.
- Experience with financial forecasting, cash flow analysis, and
