Job Description:
Develops and implements business visions and strategies to
increase efficiency and deliver customer value across product
teams. Conducts analysis of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to
develop business solutions. Develops strategies for increasing
internal and product delivery efficiency using Agile
methodologies. Primary Responsibilities: Drives the execution and results of defined business strategies
by adjusting to shifting client expectations and demands, market
conditions, and company priorities. Analyzes soft and hard data to make decisions and tradeoffs. Defines and embeds new governance practices and collaboration
models within the work environment. Defines measurable business and customer value KPIs. Works with senior leadership to align defined KPIs with large
organization priorities and goals. Delivers defined business results and customer value by enabling
product team leaders and members. Collaborates with team leaders and stakeholders to resolve
escalated bottlenecks and dependencies. Ensures continuous alignment of strategy and output to provide
feedback on work-in-progress projects to team members. Ensures product team leaders prioritize client input when
defining priorities. Represents product team interest to senior leadership. Escalates issues to senior leaders as needed. Recruits and retains key talent as part of continuously aligning
product team strategies with large team strategies, and company
strategic vision. Conducts organizational studies, and evaluates and designs
systems and procedures. Conducts work simplification and measurement studies. Prepares operations and procedure manuals to assist management
in operating more efficiently and effectively. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business
Administration, Finance, or a closely related field and six (6)
years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of
experience performing strategy and business development, management
consulting, or financial services application development in the
employer benefits administration industry -- 401(k), equity
compensation, and health and welfare administration. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely
related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered
or four (4) years of experience performing strategy and business
development, management consulting, or financial services
application development in the employer benefits administration
industry -- 401(k), equity compensation, and health and welfare
administration. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) performing people and product
management, and product development in the employer benefits
administrations space -- 401(k), equity compensation, and health
and welfare administration; managing industry leading initiatives
-- digitization of client services, sales and relationship
management, application of artificial intelligence to transform
client experiences and internal operations, development of seamless
digital experiences, transformation of customer journeys, and the
seamless data exchange among customers and their vendors in
business-to-business settings -- using Client Relationship
Management Systems (Salesforce), Artificial Intelligence (Machine
Learning and Natural Language Processing), Java, HTML, Javascript,
and Cloud Technologies (Amazon Web Services and Microsoft
Azure). DE creating strategic business visions and gaining stakeholder
alignment at a senior level by understanding customer needs,
business priorities, and competitive environments, and evaluating
market and technological trends, engaging with senior stakeholders,
and driving consensus among them; defining and executing against
measurable KPIs or initiatives -- digitization of client services,
digital client experiences, and the digital transformation of
customer journeys -- using OKPIs, Jira Align, and Agile
Methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). DE performing strategy, planning, and business development or
management consulting using methodologies -- product, market, and
technology visibility analysis, competitive intelligence and
benchmarking, mergers and acquisitions strategies, internal
capability assessments, customer research, program and investment
management, corporate finance and portfolio accounting, securities
industry essentials, and broker dealer financial operations; and
performing advanced data analysis, using Tableau and SQL. DE performing software application development, using Java,
J2EE, JSP, HTML, Javascript and APIs; and performing database
development and management in the financial services industry,
