Job Description:

Advises and consults senior leadership on strategic marketing and customer experience decisions. Exercises discretionary authority to establish test plans, measurement methodology, analytic approaches, and project plans. Tests large scale Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects involving multi-dimensional databases, complex business infrastructure, complicated business use cases, and cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

Delivers insights through data analytics/research and presents complex data, financial analyses, statistics, and research findings.

Employs quantitative and qualitative methodologies to create strategic measurement and insight documents to guide decision making discussions on marketing spend and customer experience.

Coaches/trains employees in the analysis required for projects and decision making in an Agile environment.

Designs and disseminates end-to-end single and multi-channel experimentation best practices. Supports experimentation and analytics scalability through methodology, advice, process, standards, and documentation.

Leads ongoing engagements with external vendors and internal technical experts to develop advanced analytics, test design, and measurement capabilities.

Provides expertise on data availability, and targeting and testing techniques during the development phase.

Collaborates with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and clarify management objectives.

Formulates and applies mathematical modeling and optimizes methods of development.

Provides insights using data modeling and mining techniques, and visualization.

Develops A/B testing frameworks, experimental design, sampling methods, and statistical analytics/hypothesis testing.

Develops, configures, administers, and operates Adobe Target, Salesforce, and Simon Data to build multi and omni-channel personalization campaigns.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience enabling omni-channel personalized experiences for critical business use cases.

Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience enabling omni-channel personalized experiences for critical business use cases.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise (DE) designing, running, analyzing, and interpreting experimental tests -- A/B testing -- and performing research studies employing quantitative and qualitative methodologies; and enabling omni-channel personalized experiences for critical business use cases-- digital experience, and customer journey orchestration, targeting, and segmentation -- based on customer attributes, machine learning algorithms, and channel engagement.

DE implementing large scale personalization projects, using machine learning algorithms and data analytics activation, using Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce; and generating insights using marketing cloud products -- Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce -- to improve customer journeys across mobile, desktop, and email channels.

DE providing analytical and consulting support for customer opportunities and outcomes, digitization, and channel optimization work streams, using data analytics, Web and digital analysis, clickstream data, customer segmentation, marketing analytics, experimental design, and advance statistical analytics.

DE extracting customer data, and analyzing proprietary data warehouses and databases, using analytical tools -- Oracle SQL, Clickstream, R, and Hadoop/Hive -- to assemble data from multiple sources; and developing self-service interactive dashboards for performance initiative measurements, using data visualization and BI tools -- Qlik.
