Job DescriptionThis is a fully telework role.Schedule: Standard
business hours Monday-Friday.Ensures the execution of the BH
clinical framework strategy and current roadmap specific to health
equity and improved outcomes for highly stressed populations as
informed by research, internal outcomes and pilot experience.
Specifically:1. Develops and regularly updates the Mental Wellbeing
Health Equity strategy Aligns with enterprise Health Equity Council
and Diversity/Inclusion structures, CESI, Medical Affairs,
Strategic Diversity Management, Philanthropy and Corporate Social
Responsibility ( includes Project Health) Formulates, organizes
mental health equity approach with project teams across Mental
Wellbeing (Resources for Living and Behavioral Health), Medical
Affairs and other enterprise business areas and ensures adoption In
collaboration with Communications and Marketing Partners,
communicates strategy based on outlined framework on a regular
basis Engages and coordinates with enterprise, CESI and MWB Quality
Management and Data Sciences/Analytics to ensure that meaningful
measurement, tracking, reporting and analysis is in place for all
mental health equity goals and initiatives2. Relying on extensive
clinical expertise and experience, identify, drive and support the
implementation of targeted clinical prevention and intervention for
cohorts at risk of mental health issues including suicidality
(Youth, BIPOC, LGBTQ, Caregiver communities). Develops and
implements clinical interventions such as peer support groups,
outreach efforts, therapy groups as aligned with current strategy
for at risk populations and involving both internal staff and
external contractors. Work toward clinical population health goals
by successfully engaging and coordinating with colleagues from
Mental Wellbeing (Behavioral Health and Resources for Living),
Medical Clinical areas, Data Sciences (includes Next Best Action
teams), Aetna Student Health as well as external partners (non-
profit, vendors, medical practices) Provides clinical supervision,
consultation and coaching to both internal staff and external
contractors delivering direct clinical interventions to at risk
groups and individuals Supports the review of population research
in partnership with the enterpriseRequired Qualifications- Current
and good standing Independent Clinical Behavioral Health license or
RN licensure with a Behavioral Health focus- 10+ years of
behavioral health experience required- 2+ years of direct clinical
experience in at least one of the following areas: coaching,
counseling, care management, or crisis intervention services- 2+
years of supervisory experience - 2+ years of experience managing
and leading complex projects yielding strong outcomesCOVID

skillsEducationMaster's level degree in one of the following areas:
mental health area of study, i.e.) clinical social work, marriage
and family therapy, professional counseling, nursing from
