It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of dental experience, preferably in managed care or public health
  • Experience with EPSDT, dental health education or member outreach
  • Experience with Microsoft Word (create and edit documents and add visual aids), Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort, filter, create pivot tables), and Microsoft PowerPoint (create and edit presentation)
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pmPreferred Qualifications:
    • 1+ years of support for clinical and/or case management staff experience
    • 1+ years of experience as Clinical Dental Assistant
    • Telephonic and / or call center experience
    • Work with Patient experience outcomes
    • Health education background
    • Bilingual in Tagalog or IlocanoTelecommuting Requirements:
      • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
      • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
      • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet serviceSoft Skills:
        • Excellent oral and written communication skills
        • Ability to perform a high volume of telephonic outreaches daily
        • Ability to meet goals in member outreach and engagement
        • Ability to produce measurable positive outcomes

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $16.83 to $29.66.
