work.SMThis position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are
required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It
may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional
overtime or weekends. *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere
to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.You'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of dental experience, preferably in managed care or
public health
- Experience with EPSDT, dental health education or member
outreach
- Experience with Microsoft Word (create and edit documents and
add visual aids), Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort, filter,
create pivot tables), and Microsoft PowerPoint (create and edit
presentation)
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to
5:00 pmPreferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of support for clinical and/or case management staff
experience
- 1+ years of experience as Clinical Dental Assistant
- Telephonic and / or call center experience
- Work with Patient experience outcomes
- Health education background
- Bilingual in Tagalog or IlocanoTelecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is
separated from other living areas and provides information
privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if
applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group
approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing
high-speed internet serviceSoft Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform a high volume of telephonic outreaches
daily
- Ability to meet goals in member outreach and engagement
- Ability to produce measurable positive outcomes

Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $16.00
to $26.88. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is
$16.83 to $29.66. Pay is based on several factors including but not
limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
