Job Description:
**Job Summary**
The Healthcare Strategist will provide support the healthcare sales
teams and customers achieve their goals and initiatives around
association alliances, GPOs, brand awareness, market visibility
(events, etc.), and industry intelligence. The Healthcare
Strategist will collaborate with the Director Healthcare Strategy;
Capture and Strategy team; Strategic Professional Writing; and
Sales teams to bring the highest level of understanding and
development to curriculum, innovation, and technology, and will
help to integrate those elements into the healthcare market.
TheHealthcare Strategistwill report to Director Healthcare
Strategy. This is a remote position but may be required to
occasionally report to the SHI headquarters location for special
team meetings as determined by SHI management.

**Responsibilities**
_Include, but not limited to:_
+ Engage in customer meetings, through video conferencing, phone
calls, emails, in person, and or social media -
+ Develop and maintain relationships with the healthcare sales
teams, associations (CHIME, HIMSS) and alliances with GPOs
+ Build and/or implement sales operations to optimize healthcare
sales processes and customer experience
+ Attend key events and present on industry solutions, participate
in panel discussions or other engagements
+ Collaborate on RFPs and provide mentorship and insight into
current healthcare offerings
+ Develop a strategy for new hire onboarding and training programs
for the Sales team. Define programs to improve and assess
readiness, contribute to the execution of enablement programs for
new hire onboarding and sales development for the Sales team. Work
with new hires to ensure success and decrease ramp time.
+ Nurture and promote successes internally and externally
+ Oversee account prioritization, solution, and sales play creation
to help educate and enable sales
+ Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to drive SHI
value in the industry
+ Seek partner funding/MDF dollars
+ Work with Partner Marketing to lead the development of joint
success stories, thought leadership and sales enablement materials
to support pipeline and revenue growth
+ Maintain industry intelligence and awareness of industry
trends
+ Build strategic relationships with customers, partners, and
alliances
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in health sciences or related field
+ 3+ years of experience in Instructional Technology or
Curriculum
+ Proficiency in MS office tools - Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint
+ Strong business understanding of the healthcare technology
space
+ Prior experience working in healthcare or within healthcare
sales

**Unique Requirements**
+ Position requires 25% travel throughout the year. In addition to
Team Huddles; Sales/PD Conferences; and Team Building, the Sales
Enablement Strategist is required to travel on-site for strategic
accounts and to be agile in the field to accompany dedicated Field
AEs.
+ Extended hours are required to complete some special projects
**Additional Information**
+ The estimated annual pay range for this position is $65,000 -
$125,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and,
therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may
include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and
flexible spending.
