*Annual Salary: $140k-$145k (Varies depending on years of experience)*

We have an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as a Certified Nurse Midwife. Our client is a well-established primary care practice that focuses on family planning, heavy prenatal panel, and gyn.

*Job Responsibilities:*
* Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines.
* Effectively identifies, evaluates, and addresses disease prevention and health promotion issues to provide comprehensive women's health care throughout the lifespan, with an emphasis on reproductive, gynecologic, and family-centered health education while administering quality patient care.
* Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of common gynecologic acute and chronic healthcare issues.
* Educates patients and/or families about preventive care, medical issues, and use of prescribed medical treatments and/or medications.
* Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
* Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
* Participate in outpatient and hospital call.

*Requirements:*
* New Jersey Certified Nurse Midwife license required
* 1 year relevant clinical experience and dedication to providing quality healthcare services
* Previous CNM experience required
* Previous experience preferred
