The Clinical Admissions Nurse provides client care per policies, maintains referral relationships, and reports to the Clinical Supervisor.

This full-time role (Monday-Friday, on-call) involves traveling to clients' homes in multiple cities, with assessments, care planning, medication management, and client education.
