Job Description:
Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession:
Technologist Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Day Hours per Shift: 8.5 Experience: Minimum experience in Nuclear
Medicine required License: Current state licensure as a Nuclear
Medicine Technologist Certifications: Current R.T. (N) registration
OR CNMT registration Must-Have: IV/Injection certification required
or willingness to apply for certification Description: Utilizes
technology that fuses nuclear medicine imaging with CT for
diagnostic purposes. Operates nuclear medicine, Positron Emission
Tomography (PET), and/or Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography
(SPECT) equipment, with or without CT. Performs various nuclear
medicine, PET/CT, and/or SPECT/CT exams. BLS certification
required. Gray scrubs and sneakers must be worn while on duty.
Every other weekend required.
