Job Details Deliver full-scope primary care to infants, children,
and adolescents, from well visits to acute concerns Perform
diagnostic and therapeutic interventions per evidence-based
pediatric standards Collaborate daily with physicians; refer to
specialists when needed for complex cases Provide culturally
competent counseling to diverse families on growth, development,
and prevention Document thoroughly and on time in our electronic
health record; track quality metrics Contribute to departmental
quality-improvement and peer-review initiatives Coordinate care
with internal disciplines and community agencies to ensure seamless
services Skills You Need Licensed Pediatric or Family Nurse
Practitioner (CT APRN eligible DEA/controlled substance
registration) Proven assessment, diagnostic, and clinical
