Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to join
our well established and respected practice at the Connecticut
Joint Replacement Institute in Hartford, Connecticut. This is an

extensive network of Trinity Health of New England primary care
partners practicing throughout Central Connecticut. Our practice is

you. Job Description: The surgeon will be responsible for
diagnosing and treating patients with joint-related issues,
primarily focusing on joint arthroplasties, with a well-rounded
experience taking general orthopedic trauma call. This position
offers a unique opportunity to work in an award-winning, high

state-of-the-art facilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform
primary and revision total joint arthroplasties. - Provide
preoperative and postoperative care for joint replacement patients.
- Take general orthopedic trauma call (4 weekdays per month on
average). No primary call (always a PA/resident in-house). Two
employed traumatologists are available to manage complex cases. -
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including residents
(UConn), physical therapists, physician assistants (robust team of
>10 PAs), and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient
care. - Utilize the latest surgical techniques and technologies for
minimally invasive treatments, including arthroscopy and
robotic-assisted surgery to improve patient outcomes. - Participate
in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as
desired. - Educate patients and their families about surgical
procedures, recovery expectations, and rehabilitation plans. -
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with
practice standards and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS -
Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. -
Fellowship-trained in either Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint
Arthroplasty or Orthopedic Traumatology. - Licensed or eligible for
medical licensure in CT. - Strong clinical and surgical skills with
a commitment to excellence in patient care. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work
