truly matter. A Brief Overview This role involves the daily
coordination and provision of occupational therapy services. You
will implement tailored treatment programs for individual patients
and groups, adhering to the principles of occupational therapy and
departmental objectives. Key Responsibilities Assess assigned
patients by collecting data from various sources, including patient
records, interviews, observations, and team input. Exhibit
knowledge of age-specific considerations and perform effectively
with patients across all age groups, from infants to seniors, as
per unit-specific guidelines. Create and execute personalized
treatment plans for patients requiring services, delivering direct
therapy in diverse functional settings. Adjust intervention goals
and strategies based on continuous evaluations, utilizing selected
activities to promote health and achieve treatment objectives.
Design therapy plans that align with the patient’s physical,
emotional, and intellectual capabilities, coordinating with
rehabilitation, medical, and nursing care plans. Document necessary
information as required by the profession and department, including
evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, progress notes,
and other reports. Effectively communicate with patients, families,
physicians, and other team members regarding patient status,
progress, and needs. Supervise and evaluate clinical internships
for students from various universities. Build rapport and
collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including families
and physicians, throughout the patient’s treatment journey. Engage
in departmental program development, utilizing available tools to
monitor and enhance quality outcomes and productivity standards.

and the ability to hear and distinguish sounds. These requirements,

Licensure/Certification, or Experience: Licensed Occupational
Therapist as per the state licensing board upon hire. Expectations
