Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a
dedicated and skilled Charge Nurse to join our team. In this vital

every resident. As a leader within our nursing department, the
Charge Nurse will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards
of excellence and upholding our commitment to compassionate
service. Coordinate and supervise all nursing staff activities to
ensure high standards of patient care Assist in the development and
implementation of nursing care plans Monitor patient care for
quality Manage patient records and ensure compliance with all
health and safety regulations Provide mentorship and guidance to
nursing staff to enhance professional development Communicate with
patients' families regarding clinical needs and condition updates
Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical care
and patient management Ability to handle high-stress situations and
make critical decisions Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable
state Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
