ENT opening outside of NYCLocated in Clifton, NJ - NYC 15mFull-time, permanent Seeking BC/BEPrivate Practice OpportunityHiring due to demandFull-service ENT practice offering ownership in several ancillary revenue streams$500k Base, bonus incentives and benefits leading to partnershipSeeking full-time generalist or general with fellowship in laryngology, rhinology, or otology5-day work week, with one or more days of that in OR and one Saturday per month is encouragedPosition/Practice Details:Hiring to meet the demand of a second brand new state of the art office with high patient demand, a new colleague will be busy instantlyPractice has been open since 2019 and has experienced exponential growthIncredible referral base in the communityPractice volume is over 200 patients per day between 3 ENT docs, 3 PA's, audiology and ENT allergySurgery is both in office and in hospital and we do not limit or push any surgery that we are not comfortable withAll complex surgery is sent to the University, but we are open to any surgery that the new surgeon would want to doThe hospital has a call rotation, and we divide office call evenly within the practiceMA's and nurses are very well trained to help us see a higher volume of patients than most practices due to the help they provide from beginning to end with each patient encounterSupport from 150 FTEs so its not a mom-and-pop shop but not a huge corporate type of environment either. This allows us to have departments like HR, call center, billing etcProfessionally run practice with no spouses or relativesNew physician will not need to supervise anyone. They will be responsible for seeing patients, doing surgery, charting and other standard things that would normally be expected in patient care.Unique to this practice is that allergy testing ordered by the physician is conducted by ENT staff and the revenue is counted for the ordering physician. Both offices - Englewood and Clifton are newly renovatedNew office for ENT in Clifton has 6 exam roomsGroup works closely with the hospital sleep lab, and does VNG in both offices, services include audiology, hearing aids, skin testing and immunotherapy, video laryngoscopy, and will buy strobe if there is a need for it, many in-office nasal procedures and cosmetic procedures - we are open to any in office that the surgeon is comfortable with and the Owner has performed over 15000 in-office surgeries and can mentor a surgeon who is not currently comfortable. EMR is very user friendly with customized fast plansWe don't spend time in any hospital unless doing surgery or getting called in. New surgery center 50 percent physician owned, 50 percent hospital owned opening in one year, with opportunity to buy in early.
