A busy community practice in southwestern Vermont is adding a
Family Medicine physician to its team of 1 Physician and 3 Nurse
Practitioners. This group is Recognized by NCQA as a Level 3
Patient-Centered Medical Home. About this Opportunity 34 patient
contact hours Call 1:6 Total outpatient with NO hospital work The
average daily patient census is 13-20 Region-leading compensation
plan Partnership consideration after 2 years (24 partners in the
