Job Description:

and the ongoing improvement of our practices. Provide comprehensive
and compassionate care to patients within the D4N unit. Administer
medications and treatments accurately and safely. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to formulate individualized care plans.
Mentor and supervise junior nursing staff and assist in their
professional development. Engage in continuous education to remain
abreast of medical research and best practices. Ensure adherence to
all hospital policies and nursing standards. Participate in
research and quality improvement initiatives. Strong clinical
skills and knowledge in a hospital setting Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a
high-pressure environment Proficient in using electronic medical
records and healthcare databases Leadership and mentoring skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life
