Job Description MyWellbeing is now hiring LMSWs in the state of New York to join our in-house Dedicated Program. You are a great fit for this role if you: Are interested in gaining your clinical hours toward full licensure through direct clinical private practice setting with individual adults in tele-therapy. Look forward to attentive, collaborative 1:1 and group supervision. Are hungry for a community of fellow mental health providers and advocates. The ideal candidate has: Licensed LMSW in the State of New York Clinical experience with adult (18), outpatient, tele-health clients Passion for and experience working with high functioning young professionals Appetite and excitement to dive into a entrepreneurial private practice setting ???? Compensation and Benefits This position is Pa rt-Time (Fee-for-Service) Caseload expectation is 15 clinical sessions a week LMSW Associate Therapists receive $35-$41/session, with increased pay opportunities for caseloads over 25 session per week and post-achieving LCSW All Therapists receive an additional $3,000/mo in covered practice expenses, which include but are not limited to: 1:1 and Group Supervision Strategic marketing training, marketing, and expertise: Psychology Today Profile MyWellbeing Marketing Plan Operational support and coverage: Billing team and administrative coverage for insurance and private pay management Comprehensive malpractice insurance Practice management software Slack communications HIPAA Compliant GSuite Exceptional Culture: Our teammates share that their absolute highlight of working at MyWellbeing is our supportive culture, which includes things like: Around the clock support with questions and answers Highly vetted, experienced supervisory team Quarterly team forums led by senior leadership to stay in tune with company updates and changes Free opportunities to socialize virtually and IRL with teammates Free and low fee training and professional development opportunities ????
