Haven, CT Endocrinology Physician Evaluate, treat, and help manage
endocrine conditions - Diabetes, Thyroid disease, Metabolic
disorders, Osteoporosis, Cholesterol disorders, etc Uses all
available resources in diagnosis and treatment, such as laboratory
and others tests in an appropriate and cost efficient manner Refers
those cases which require specialist services, but maintains
primary care responsibility to assure continuity of care
