This high-volume practice offers a strong referral network and an outpatient-focused environment. The opportunity is ideal for an ENT seeking long-term stability and strong earning potential. COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE $400,000 annual base compensation Performance-based bonus incentives Compensation is negotiable based on experience, subspecialty focus, productivity, and schedule preferences. POSITION OVERVIEW The ENT (Otolaryngologist) will provide outpatient care for ear, nose, and throat conditions, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management. In-house diagnostics and specialty referrals are available.
