is seeking Nurse Practitioner for a subacute facility in beautiful
Beacon, NJ Wingate at Beacon is a nurturing nursing home in Beacon,
NY, offering personalized long-term care. With skilled nursing,
rehabilitation, memory care, and wellness programs, the facility is
committed to enhancing the quality of life for its residents in a
comfortable and supportive environment. Salary is $75 per hour 8 hr
shifts Monday – Friday EMR Point Click Care Census 18-20 patients
per day Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
and develop individualized care plans. Provide diagnosis and
treatment for acute and chronic illnesses. Administer medical
imaging procedures as necessary to assist in patient diagnosis.
Educate patients and their families on health management, disease
prevention, and wellness strategies. Collaborate with physicians,
nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal
patient outcomes. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance
with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in ongoing
professional development and training opportunities. Experience A
valid New York Nurse Practitioner license is required. Proficiency
in utilizing healthcare systems for patient management and
documentation. Knowledge of current standards of practice in
