Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position A
full-time Nocturnist is sought to join a well-established, employed
hospitalist group in Troy, NY . This is an excellent opportunity
for board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine or Family
Medicine physicians to work in a physician-friendly environment
with flexible scheduling, strong system support, and a
collaborative team . Key Responsibilities: Work 12-hour night
shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am), 7 on / 7 off Manage an average census
of 15–18 patients per night Run rapid responses and codes ; ICU
care is handled by ICU team (closed ICU model) No procedural
requirements Collaborate with advanced practice providers (APPs) as
part of the team Maintain accurate and timely documentation and
patient care standards Participate in interdisciplinary
communication and support quality initiatives Support a safe,
efficient, and patient-centered hospital environment Ideal
candidates: Upcoming 2026 graduates, recent grads, and experienced
physicians working toward Board Certification Must be truly Board
Eligible or Board Certified Not accepting candidates with lapsed
Board Certification Local candidates within 30 miles cannot be
cleared Locums and visa candidates not accepted Requirements Board
Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
or Family Medicine New York medical license (or willingness to
obtain) DEA license (or willingness to obtain) Clean malpractice
and licensure history preferred Most recent NPDB Self Query Report
(within 30 days) Benefits Competitive base salary: $332,800
Relocation allowance , if applicable, reimbursement-based Starting
