Shift Hours per Shift: 11.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of
experience in specialty within the last 3 years, critical care
experience, Level 1 Trauma experience, travel experience or local
experience. License: New York State RN License in hand
Certifications: TNCC Certification, AHA BLS, AHA PALS Must-Have: -
Ability to care for VADs, ECMO, and Alines - Willingness to float
to areas within acuity - Skills checklist in required skill set
matching order Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse
in the Emergency Room specialty. The candidate will be required to
have critical care experience. The nurse will provide care for
patients with VADs, ECMO, and Alines. Floating to other units
appropriate for the skill set is required. A minimum of two years
of experience in specialty within the last three years is
mandatory. The candidate must hold a current New York State RN
License and relevant certifications. Experience in a large academic
setting (teaching hospital) is required. COVID vaccination is
mandatory, with medical declination upon approval. Scrubs required
are navy bottoms with white tops or all white attire. Dark shoes
must be worn with navy bottoms, and white shoes with all white
