Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: 2-3 years of CVICU experience License: Active state nursing license required Certifications: Epic experience required, Trauma Level One experience required Must-Have: Competencies with immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients requiring the ICU. Experience with high acuity patients and advanced hemodynamic monitoring. Proficiency with ventilators, arterial lines, spinal drains, hemodynamic monitoring, ECG interpretation and monitoring, temporary pacemakers, and vasoactive and inotropic drip titrations. Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse for our CVICU unit. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of staff experience in a CVICU setting. Epic experience is required. Candidates should have trauma level one experience. Competency testing will be required within 24 hours of submission. This position involves caring for high acuity patients with advanced hemodynamic monitoring needs. Navy blue scrubs are required for this role.
