orthopedic group and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) is seeking a
skilled Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join their busy and growing
practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a
well-established team while enjoying long-term ownership in
multiple investment options. Position Highlights: Competitive
Guaranteed Salary: $500,000 - $650,000 for the first year Lucrative
Bonus Structure: Year 1, receive 50% of collections after $1
million in production, paid quarterly High Earning Potential: Fee
for service model after year 1 uncapped earnings with current
surgeon salary >$1 million annually High Patient Demand:
Currently a 4-6 week wait period for new patients State-of-the-Art
Facility: Brand-new office with 12 patient rooms ASC with 4 ORs and
a procedure room Cases focused on orthopedic and pain management
Supportive Team: Work alongside 1 orthopedic hand surgeon and 4
physician assistants Practice-Driven Marketing: Group will handle
marketing to support practice growth Ownership Opportunity: Option
for ASC ownership after one year Ideal Candidate: Board-certified
or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship-trained in
Orthopedic Hand Surgery Strong clinical and surgical skills in
orthopedic sports medicine procedures Entrepreneurial mindset with
