ensure optimal outcomes. As a pivotal member of our team, you will
use advanced clinical skills to manage complex patient situations
on a medical-surgical unit. Provide direct patient care and perform
comprehensive nursing assessments Administer medications and
treatment plans in adherence to hospital protocols Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality of care Educate patients
and their families on health conditions and post-hospital care
Monitor patient health and progress while documenting nursing care
Support patient safety initiatives and participate in quality
improvement projects Expertise in medical-surgical nursing
practices Proficiency in EMR systems and nursing software Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Capability to make swift,
informed clinical decisions Ability to handle high stress and
emotionally intense situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in
the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
