dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role
is pivotal in delivering top-notch respiratory care to patients in
both facility-based and home-based settings across 42 states. The
ideal candidate will employ a compassionate approach and a deep
understanding of respiratory treatments, showcasing our commitment
to enhancing patient recovery and health outcomes. Assess and
monitor patient respiratory conditions through diagnostic tests
Administer treatments such as aerosol medications, chest
physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy Consult and collaborate with
healthcare teams to develop patient care plans Educate patients and
families on treatments, interventions, and preventive measures
Maintain patient records and report on treatment progress Operate
and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment Proficiency in
respiratory care therapies and protocols Strong analytical skills
for patient assessment Effective communication for educating and
interaction with patients and families Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance
