have just the job for you! The Culinary Arts Instructor is
responsible for providing students with industry recognized
culinary instruction and training leading to full-time jobs, higher
education or advanced training. WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI

We support the Job Corps program’s mission to teach eligible young
people the skills they need to become employable and independent
and place them in meaningful jobs or further education. Our center
specializes in Culinary Arts, Welding, Electronics Engineering, and
Patient Care. EMPLOYMENT AT EXETER JOB CORPS Employment at Exeter
Job Corps is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal
background check, employment verification, education verification,
professional reference check and motor vehicle record check. JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides students with comprehensive and
individualized case management that ensures student progress,
achievement and completion of the Job Corps program Provides
quality culinary training, including food safety and preparation,
that leads to student placement in a reputable establishment
Provides students with job leads and monitors placement of all
program graduates Ensures classroom is well organized and conducive
to student learning Holds students accountable for following the
Center's uniform dress code and behavioral standards of conduct
Produces quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely and
accurate manner Maintains appropriate personal attendance,
accountability and work productivity standards Plans, prioritizes
and organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlines
Provides high-quality supervision and management for the student
population Takes swift and appropriate action and positively
influences student behavior Other duties as assigned Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of one-year experience
in teaching or related field required Must be certified, licensed,
or accredited by the RI Office of Food Protection Previous Job
Corps experience strongly preferred Must possess a valid driver’s
license and meet company insurability requirements. “Adams and
