Food Manager Certification Deep knowledge of classic cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits. Strong understanding of financials, scheduling, and operational systems. Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach teams. Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and team performance effectively.
